We offer small group sessions with a maximum of 5 participants to provide a personalized and supervised approach. Each participant receives a 30-minute free assessment session to evaluate their strength and mobility, ensuring that the exercises are tailored to their specific needs and fitness levels.
Our 8-session program

Held twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 AM to 10 AM.
